Customer Survey Results
In November 2016 a large number of our customers were invited to participate in our customer survey and were asked to evaluate Holmen Paper as a supplier. We are proud to see that in almost all aspects Holmen Paper is perceived as the leading supplier in the market, and generally our customers are giving us top scores in all areas.
Holmen Paper regularly conducts customer surveys in order to receive our customers’ input on how to improve our offerings as well as how to develop our business together.
The previous survey was conducted in 2014 and this year’s results show that we have improved our scores in all areas, from already high scores. We are pleased to see that our efforts have yielded results, but we still see room for improvement and the work to address this is already ongoing within the organisation.
We want to extend our thanks to those of you who took your time to participate, your input is very important, ensuring that we continue to provide you with better products, services and information.
